At WidLuv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refund process.

 

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at anna.k@widluvm.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Please allow 1–3 business days for inspection after we receive your item.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping as well.

 

Item Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
